Firestone Complete Auto Care

Not recommended. Solid deals when promos run, but the mechanics hang out on their phones all day and services take upwards of 2 or more hours - even with an appointment. No warning for excessive repair time, poor communication. Poor customer service from technicians, Willie is the only professional on site. Good thing I can go to another location.

Marco, treated my 2011 Camaro like it was his own. My car drives better than it ever has. He even took a late lunch to get me on with my day. A great experience here, highly recommend using them.

Shopped around after getting a flat a fee days ago. Searched online for a replacement. Found a match online at Firestone in Stockton. Called in and spoke with Jake. He was knowledgeable and polite, and had answers to all my questions. Arrived and was all done in roughly 30 minutes or less. Also came a a good time and qualified for the sales event and saved a little extra money. Customer server was great and quality of work was efficient. Best prices, great customer service and efficient work ethics. This is a great local. Business we should all support in Stockton.

Been coming to this place for the last 5 years. They’re fast and honest with their recommendations. Willie at the front desk is very helpful, prices for services are good. And they always have deals and sales.

I had a scheduled appointment for my oil change, my service was completed in 45 minutes! Great, friendly, and professional customer service. Big Kudos to Willie, he was amazing and explained everything to me and was even able to help get my windshield wipers changed for me. Thank you!
